I sent away for samples of Perfect Radiance and Revita Derm anti wrinkle cream for a nominal sum of £3 each.
When I got my December Credit card bill I had been charged £74 95 for the Perfect Radiance on the 3rd Dec ; and £ 79.99 for the Revita derm - all unauthorised by me. I got straight onto the card company and cancelled my card.
I rang the company today and apparently according to them because I had not phoned them within 16 days to let them know I didnt want any more (nowhere did it say that I had to do this) they took it to mean I wanted a monthly supply! I was furious and demanded my money back. However they offered half and said it would be refunded on the card I had placed the order on.
Having cancelled it I asked them to send a cheque - not possible she said.
I asked the name of the person in charge in order to speak with them - not allowed to do this!
So I said I was going to report them to Watchdog - a consumer programme on the BBC.
I am so angry and upset by this.
