Have tried to call the number that was given in another complaint report. However, can't get a reply from that number. I've been on to my credit card company and there are things that they can do. I've now opened a dispute, bearing in mind that I sent back 2 products asking them not to send me anymore. Got home today and yet another one has appeared, which is going straight back. So if anyone else has the same problem and can't get an answer from that telephone number, your credit card company should be able to help you.
