Today (30th december) i have found you have taken £60.99 in english money from my account. I have no idea why as i have no recall of contact with you and i have no money's owing to me from anyone or anywhere. As i have mental health issues i probably misunderstood what i your service is and only today got my bank statement. Being as you took money 2 days ago i've been informed that i am entitled to my money back if i contact you within 7 days of that date. I don't see my support worker again til 6th jan.
