This was brought to my attention in September of when my wife and I caught Brian Gilman stalking our 13 year old son and two of his classmates at my son's soccer league - we tried to file criminal charges against the man, although unsuccessful. We hired a private investigator to find out who this guy was, only to find that he holds a high position at a company named Vocus Inc in Herndon. Brian Gilman is the director of sales.
