I ordered 2 pairs of ugg boots, the money was taken promptly but as yet despite daily emails i still don't have any. I was given a tracking number eventually but surprise surprise it had already been delivered and signed for by a H Taylor near Cranbrook and now the answers to my emails have stopped.
