I ordered a pair of UGG boots from uggmall.com I then received an email from fashionpay.com saying my order had been confirmed.
They informed me that a tracking number would follow but has not. They have ignored my several emails and the company I ordered the UGG boots from have no record of my purchase. What do I do now? Help!!
