I'm in the same boat as Pauline (incident on Dec 1). I have purchased something similar before and I thought this was the same. But it is not at all.
They said I can cancel within 30 days. As soon as I found out I could not take the time off and wanted to cancel, they keep extending the time I could take to use the vacation. The issue is I cannot take time off as my next few years is already fully booked, I cannot take 7-10 days that they are offering at one time.
I called them to let them know I wanted a refund; however, they keep telling me I need to speak with the manager, Nick Gagnon at (954) 366-5160. However, whenever I called him he's either on the phone or out to lunch. I emailed him and at first he responded trying to get me to stay. When I was determined to cancel, he stop responding to my email. My last email was sent last week and he still has not responded yet. How can you be a customer service manager and not respond to emails?
Another thing that was "weird', they said they would send me a package, but I never got it in the mail. I called on Dec 5, and they said they got the wrong postal code and they would send it again and I should get it within 10-15 business days. It has been 17 business days since the 2nd package that was supposed to be sent. I still have received nothing in the mail and I cannot reach Nick Gagnon in order to cancel.
