I ordered 2 mini laptops for my sons for Christmas. I paid for 3-5 day shipping over a week ago. These were Christmas gifts and didn't come. I have called so many times and nobody answers, so I have left several messages... No response. I filed 4 complaint tickets... Only automated responses with confirmation that the ticket was received and someone will call... No response. I rated the item on line with a complaint about the company... It's not posted... Only high ratings are posted. I responded to the company blog with a complaint. Big surprise... Not posted.
