We hired Josegan Financial Solutions with the hope they could lower our mortgage rate by extending our mortgage years from 25 to 30 and perhaps provide a lower interest rate. All the information was sent to them and they in turn sent it to Ms. Theresa Sharpe at CitiMortgage. She sent it to Fannie May and our request was denied via a letter we received on October 5. Josegan's plan was "loss mitigation" thru a forensic audit and possibly toxic loan. Josegan is not returning our phone calls or emails to help us understand this situation. Calling their 1-877 number says "this account has been suspended." To date, we do not know what Josegan found wrong with our mortgage and feel some money is owed to us. Josegan insisted on their money "up front." Our contract states that if there were no violations with our lender and our mortgage, we would get a refund. We know nothing and feel we have been scammed. Doug Hallman was the salesman. Jeremy Streit and Sandy Kilpatrick were the group who reviewed documents and moved them to Citi Mortgage. We desperately need help and feel very scammed as Josegan TOOK OUR MONEY AND RAN.
