I was interviewed by J.K. Harris to be represented on my tax debt. I paid them $600.00 down and $210.00 a month for 8 months as requested.
They drafted up papers that they said they would send in and in 6 to 12 months I would pay $250 to the Federal IRS and $250 to the State of Arkansas and I would be free or tax debt.
After I paid J.K. Harris I got threatening letters from both Federal and State, I got a bank levy, and now both are garnishing my paychecks. I have called and they just gave me the runaround.
They won't answer neither my e-mails or my phone calls. When I sent a e-mail to J.K. Harris himself asking for a refund, his secretary wrote me back saying I wouldn't get one because of all the worked they performed for me.
I couldn't really afford to pay them but I did in good faith because they guaranteed they would settle my debt. That is how they lure customers in.
