I didn’t want to go the route of U-haul in the sense of loading, unloading to storage, reloading for the new place and another unloading, not to mention the cost of storage. I figured the cost was right for a PODS, as in not much more.
My experience was awesome, as it was so do-it-at-your-own-pace, considering I was paid for a month. God, I saved so much time. I was able to really go through everything I owned, clean everything – all meant a brand-spanking new place again. I just really liked how the POD was level, meaning no step or anything for me to have to raise boxes. All was at ground level, and for a girl like me, I was able to do most everything... W / the help of a dolly of course. Awesome! It was all a positive experience – really loved the no-rush aspect.
