Salute visa stating i owe money, never used the card asked them to send statements, Garnished payroll checks

Salute visa called and said i owe them over one thousand, I stated that they need to account info and thing that were purchased, from me but never recieved statements. Payroll checks garnish From Midland services. Needs to stop
