I purchased a pair of UGG Australia boots. They charged my account twice under two different merchant names:
Haitian International and Quite Grace. When I received the boots, I noticed that they looked different than the ones they sold at Nordstrom, which is an authorized retailer of UGG Australia. So, I purchased the same model pair from Nordstroms, and they were in fact different. The ones from Bootserver.com were shorter, the buttons are gray instead of black, the material is closer to cardboard than suede, and the sole prints are different. Also, after going to the official website of UGG, I was able to verify that they this web retailer bootsnever.com is in fact a counterfeit operation.
