I ordered the trial item back in October. Received my credit card statement in November and was billed on 27 October for £115.94 and on 14 November was billed £116.10. I did not receive one of the items they billed me for. The trial item only arrived on Friday, 9 December after it was ordered over two months ago. Sent an e-mail and got a response to say that the e-mails are no longer serviced. Just spoke to to them and they agreed to give me back 60% on my credit card and I have now cancelled the account with immediate effect
