I ordered 2 different facial creams on the 11/20 to the value of $12.18, I have only received 1 item, have since been charged for 3 items i do not want and did not order, to a total of $208.56, on 3 different dates being the 12/6,12/11/11/and 12/16.
Your help would be appreciated
