I ordered a free sample of moisturiser. I was asked to pay postage costs only, which I paid using my debit card. On checking my basnk statement, two further payments had been taken from my account.
A total of £125.95. On contacting my Bank I was told I cannot reclaim this money (despite paying each month for card protection) because I did not read the small print. I feel ripped off not only by Agios Dometio CY but also by my Bank (NatWest).
