Consumer Report

A) You buy an airplane ticket at YourTripPlanners (YTP)
b) you receive a Booking confirmation Number and e-Ticket from YTP
c) you can confirm the validity on the web site of the airplane-company (ex: TAP Portgal Airlines)
d) YTP cancels the e-ticket with the airplane-company, with a computer system (reservation&cancellation)
e) you lost your ticket...
So easy...! And IATA is not very interesting by this fraud! ;- (
