I bid on a cellphone and won... When it came time to pay, i paid the $8.00 winning bid and then i had to buy bids, which i did. This cost $15... I filled out the rest of the form for delivery and was then told i had to pay a membership fee of $119.00... When i queried this, i was told that i should of read the terms and conditions because it clearly states what i have to pay... When i told the complaints person there was no mention of paying membership fees until after i had won and paid for the phone, i was told if i wanted to cancel the transaction, i would have to pay $54 cancellation fee and i wouldnt get a refund. Now approx 6-8 wks later i have them trying to access my bank acc and tried to take $119 which i have told my bank not to authorise but they say they cannot stop them until after the trans
Is this any way to treat potential and actual customers? NO
do i want to do something about this? YES
Can u please advise me what, if anything, i can do about getting either my product or my money back!!!
