Ripoff Liar, Non-Payment of "Promised" prize

The following is an e-mail message received 5 months ago from someone telling me I had won a prize for filling out a survey. Now, 5 months and several e-mails later, still no "check in the mail". Why do they even say you've won something if they don't send it to you?!?!

E-mail message:

From: Gene. [email protected] (GeneBrown) Date: Thu, Jul 26, 3:20pm (CST 1) To: Gene. [email protected] (Gene Brown) Subject: Pizza survey - claim your $100!!!
Hello There,

You provided your email address as a result of a recent survey.
Please send me your name and address and I'll send you a
check for $100. Congratulations!
