They sent me a letter saying that i won 1,400, 00 dollars in cash, and that when i send them the 19.99 that when they recieve it, I will get that money in cash, and I looked it up on the computer because i haven't recieved anything in the mail or a phone call when i looked it up it said I had been scamed.
