Company Does not Keep Promises

We have a warranty and when our refrigerator/freezer's compressor went out, we called the warranty company. They referred us to A&E Factory Service. The technician came out a few days later, diagnosed the problem, collected my deductible, ordered the part and scheduled to be back in 5 days. I had to re-orchestrate my entire week, including doctor's appointments for two very sick children at Children's Hospital. The day he was supposed to come back and put the new compressor in, he didn't show. I called A&E, who then told me they didn't have me scheduled for two more weeks! My children's medications had been living on ice in the cooler for a week already! I told them they needed to get someone out as soon as possible, but they told me "no."

I spoke with Louis, the manager, who then told me he was as high up as I could go. He was rude, unkind, unhelpful and had a bad attitude. How does someone act like that when it comes to a mom with sick kids who already has gone a week with no fridge and freezer? And they told me it wouldn't be until after Christmas that the fridge got fixed. Can you imagine that? Thank heavens the warranty company stepped in and sent someone else right away. These people are dishonorable and are in it just to make a quick buck. They don't care about the people they service. They are the worst.
