This company promised to mail me information about government grants for a one time fee of shipping ($2.97) 2 days later they charged this $2.97 fee plus an unauthorized $60.19 to my credit card. My credit card company provided me with their number and the lady on the phone would not give me information about where they are located, except to say in California.
