Bain Harry contacted me to buy my Jet Ski off of Craigslist. He basically told me that he could not call me do to being overseas and had a restriction on outside calls. That he was really interested in buy the jet ski. Then he e-mailed me and told me he hit a bump and do to his location he could not wire the moving company the money. He asked if he included it in the purchase price if I could send the money via Western Union. I received e-mails that I thought was from Paypal saying the money was there and the conditions of the sale. They needed receipt e-mailed to them from Western Union. I was out and was unable to check paypal website. So I sent the money $750 (plus $64 for sending it) to the shipper Kate Bellamy. Got home signed into Paypal and no information on my account awaiting a transaction. So I called Paypal. The guy told me that this was a scam from just how they address me in the e-mail. The e-mails looked official. I was able to call Western Union and cancel the wire. I'm still waiting to get my account credited back $750 so I lost $64 luckily it wasn't the total $814. Beware of anyone wanting to use wire transfers like Western Union and shipping. First time trying to sell something on-line and I almost got screwed big time.
