I ordered some trophies for my cheerleaders and they were 2.99. They were breaking on me left and right. When I emailed the company, the manager got rude with me and tried to imply that it was my fault for buying a cheap trophy and expecting it not to break. Well of course I expect it NOT to break, especially with there is nothing about breakage listed in the description.
He emailed me a VERY rude email. It is as follows:
I promise you that if you had taken them out to inspect there would have been the same breakage. These are cheap imported resins, $2.99 is very cheap. We are aware that they are fragile, and may break in shipping, which is why we have them priced so low. I could have easily re-engraved and reshipped to you last week in time to get your replacements. If you had such an emotional reaction to the pieces being broken, you would think you have taken them out of the box to look at them last month some time to see how they look after shipping. But instead you wait until there is no time and place all of the blame on us. Unrealistic expectations turn people into disappointed customers. We don't need customers like you. My suggestion is to buy local and check your product before its too late to do anything about it. I will refund your order, but do not order again from us.
