On April 12 Ct Ranch Appaloosas, owners Cheryl & Tim Woods received a deposit of $300. To reserve a filly, black & white leopard for the foaling season of 2011. Ct Ranch did not have a filly of the color I desired. Cheryl Woods said up front "If there is not one you like we will refund your deposit"
I have requested several times the refund. There were excuses made each time and now I do not hear from her at all, completely ignoring my emails. All I want is my refund rightfully do to me of $300.
CT Ranch has the money and I have nothing. Help!!!
