I ordered a pair of Nike shoes from what I thought was a US company. At checkout a error came up, but this company charged my credit card without me confirming the order. Turns out this is an international company. I have asked numerous times why this had happened with no answer. They have stated the package was shipped through EMS, but when you put in the tracking number, it says no shipment is available. The customer service has been unhelpful and has insulted me.
