Got the letter when I got home tonight, realized it was a scam as it had no phone number and I always read that if you have to send money for processing, it's a scam. A mailing address, no physical address is another clue. A year ago I was able to talk to the NY AGs office that went after a scam group that moved into a business when they moved and took on their identity and so on. I was suspicious as I map googled them and then called other businesses in same 'strip mall' who told me the original business had moved out and the 'new one' had quickly moved in. Just wanted to put in that I had received letter also. How sad for others who have sent in money in hopes of a great future with their winnings.
