I purchased what was represented as a G15 ping iron set from what was represented as an American wholesale company of original equipment golf manufactures. Total price $350.
During the process I was reassured the clubs were legitimate and that once I tried them I would be satisfied.
What I received was a beautiful looking set of knockoffs. The kicker is the clubs came directly from China yet each club had a sticker on it stating they were assembled in the U.S... I used them once like Ms. Linda Jones (probably fictitious also) a representing this company suggested and was extremely disappointed with their quality and workmanship.
I was offered a $50.00 rebate which I refused. I wanted a full refund. After several requests, disputing the charges on my credit card, and reporting them to the Massachusetts State A.G. I was offered the choice of shipping them back for a refund. I figured that since they were assembled in the U.S. I could send them back to a U.S. Address. No such luck. I was given an address in China to send the back to. Now this company not only owes me for the clubs but for the return shipping. I am now battling this company for full restitution and will continue till satisfied.
