We have been trying to return products for months. I have three unopened packages which they will not give credit for. I had to return visa card to my bank and destroy it. They are supposed to credit my account for the product arriving on Dec. 3rd., but I'm still stuck with two more packages they won't accept return for because it's outside 30 day window. However, they usually will not answer the phone.
I'm disabled, on a fixed income, and cannot afford $89.95 a month for a product we do not want.
