This group are nothing but scam artists. Wish I would have seen all the other reports about them. Their website has only been up since September 8th and they are actually out of Pennsylvania, not Texas as the website claims. They send you nothing but bull and give you the runaround. They only take check by phone because you cannot reverse the charges on it like you can a CC.
Stay far away from Encoretoursandtravel.com unless you want to hand your money over to crooks
