I ordered face cream from the internet for £5.97, and £5.95, both of which I recieved and paid for. However when my credit card statement came in, I noticed 2 further payments have been withdrawn from my account for £74.95 and £79.99 within 2 days of each other, this was by the same company, both payments were not agreed by me.
I did contact my credit card provider, who tell me that they have had numerous complaints about this company. They advised that I contact the company, however I cant get any response.
