Catch Him and Keep Him Sends CDs that you do not ask for and charges your account with no way to dispute it

This company promotes an ebook that disapears with no access after you pay for it and then you start getting CDs in the mail that you did not request and they charge your credit card without your permission. There seems to be no way to summit a dispute with this company and no phone numbers to be found.
