Complaint / review text:
First we were buying a sugar glider from someone in cameroon, africa. The sugar glider named jerry's flight cost was $150.00 so we paid that and jerry was delivered to global airways cameroon. Then about 2 days after he was delivered to global, we got an email that he has a clean bill of health per cameroon airlines vet. And jerry would be on next flight out. Then the next day we received another email that jerry didn't make the flight that day because he need flight insurance before leaving cameroon. It was almost thanksgiving and just like the first time we sent money, it had to be cash western union and the banks are closed till friday. So we sent $485.00for jerry's insurance on western union to assistant who takes it to global. So jerry finally makes a flight on saturday to hub in paris, france. Then he should have arrived at dtw sunday. But once again global detains jerry and emails us to send$110.00 for jerry's food and care since he's been delayed so much. So the next morning we send that western union also. Then jerry's suppose to make flight next day. Well as usual the next day global emails us that jerry won't make the flight again because the vet. Had to hospitalize jerry he's sick. So they are holding jerry there for 2 weeks and we're suppose to send $980.00 to pay for that. I emailed them we're done, no more jerry's only sick because global held on to him neglegently for so long while they price scammed more and more out of us. He was fine whenhe arrived and now who knows. I let them know i was reporting them and it's their responsibility to pay for it all. Now i'm contacting you here. Janice romulus, mi.
