I ordered polos Ralplauren and shoes RalpLaurn from their website on 16 Nov. I have printed the order with a number. I did not received any message from them so last week I went on the website www.ralphlaurenpolos.com.Au/sales/order and send a complaint that I have not any news from them to see if the goods have been ordered. I have not received any news since then and the website does not work anymore so I am pretty much out of options. I'll try to lodge an enquiry throughout VISA here in Australia to try to get my money back.
