Salesman told me I was to receive a gift certificate of $387.00 to
verify my personall information so it could be put on a special to
prevent the use of my info. I phoned # 866-595-7299 when I saw this amount was taken from my checking account. I was told me it
would be returned. It was not. On November 19th I wrote a letter
to the above address to complain but have not received an answer.
Being on a fixed income I can not afford to have this money taken from me under false pretense.
