Took my money! I ordered a mini-ear and NEVER received anything. I wrote them twice to no avail. Consumer fraud ripoff

In January I ordered a mini-ear that I saw advertised on T.V. For $15.00. A hearing aid device. Well I never received anything so I wrote them a letter in February (since I have no phone number for them)

My daughter even emailed a note to them. Neither one of us got a response so I wrote another letter in March and still not a word from them.

I am elderly and on a limited income so will I be able to recover my loss?
