Arund mid october i placed an order for a trial product by the name of Relift XS at the cost of only $4.50 aus. Oct 21 i was billed 5.17 then on nov 7 was billed an additional $90.20 from another company named EMP SKINREVIVE. The problem is that i never even recieved the product at all!!! I have spent all afternoon trying to sort out how to get a refund as i refuse to pay for something that i havent even been sent so i just wasted about $10.00 calling america to speak with customer service and after a small wait got through to a woman that i told i was calling on a mobile from australia and she said to call back because she had someone on another line... Then she simply hung up!!! I could cry! Please help! What can i do?
