Called Co. Ordered 2 cans of srp*flex seal. Person on phone kept trying to sale me 4 cans. I said no. Canceled order.
Company charged my credit card $79.78. I called srp*flex. Spoke w/representative. Eva gave me instructions to return the product. Stated that the company would reverse charges. Company continues to request payment from my financial institution.
Dispute resolution method through my bank is of no use. Bank states there's nothing else they can do. The $79.78 charge continues to appear on my monlthly statement.
