No money down financing / Jason Rager There is no real content

I purchased a $97 value book at http://www.nomoneydownfranchising.com / I thought Jason is going to give me a system to find money for buying a franchise. He basically said ask banks for the loan, and they will ask you for 20% downpayment, which you can borrow from friends or family... This is ridiculous..

Dont buy this program, there is nothing that you dont know, and there is no system / technique or strategies involved whatsoever.
