Horrible customer service, unwilling to work with customers in good standing, horrible experience - student loan

I had been in contact with Citibank for a few days trying to sort out a miscommunication between myself and the company. Only two of my student loans had been sold and without my knowledge. My wrong information was given to the new company so they had no way of contacting me about the two loans. I emailed Citibank and called but never received an answer for why my loan payments changed, why the payments I was making were being split and partially disappearing, and why two of my loans had disappeared. I have been a customer in very good standing for quite some time, mind you; I never missed a single payment, and I didn't ever just pay minimum dues, I always paid over. I received a letter saying I had not paid a loan in months! I had never even heard of the company run my Dept of Edu, Great Lakes. They were very nice when I called to sort things out, and told me Citibank had sold two of my loans to them. I called Citbank and was received at the Michigan calling center. The first person I talked to provided me with false information; instead of looking at their records the person just told me I had been emailed about a change in my accounts. After much struggle, I asked to speak to a supervisor because the person told me there was nothing she could do and it was my fault there was an error. She was not helpful whatsoever but she did try to be somewhat polite. Her supervisor then got on the phone and right away was rude with me. The entire phone conversation she cut me off, had an attitude, and told me this was my problem not hers. When I told her she was being rude she did not even try to change her tone of voice. Very horrible customer service especially for a customer who has been in very good standing. There was a compelte and total lack of willingness to work with their customers when a miscommunication had serious reprecussions on my credit. Someone at Great Lakes informed me all of my loans would be transferred from Citibank, something Citibank failed to mention in any of my phone calls over the past two years. Never will I have an account with Citibank once SallieMae and Great Lakes take over my accounts. I also will continue to spread my disgust with the treatment of their customers.
