The website I visited was for a free sample for both products not a free trial. I have visted sites with free trials and a customer service officer contacts you and explains in full exactly what this entails and that you must return the product within 14 days if not satisfied.in a few cases I have and there has been no problems. But not with this company, there was no conditions regarding the free samples and there was no paperwork included with the products. The only thing you were being charged for was the postage, that was a lie. I have had three deductions taken from my bankcard and this is fraud. I did not agree to money being deducted. I have since contacted my bank and they are going to get this money back as well as cancel my bankcard so no more deductions can be made. I have tried unsuccessful to find out the name of this company and a local contact for them but no such luck.
