My husband went on creigslist to sell my digital camera and recieved an email from a "person" named Tom Ruben saying he wanted to buy the camera from us for his son, we were selling it for 700.00 and he offered us 900.00 to send it to nigeria to his son if i knew then what i know i would have never done this, he said he would send the money to paypal well never recived the money but was getting emails from what i thought was paypal but it's not, then i get an email saying that he double paid and they would not release the money into the paypal account untill i sent the extra 900 well we never did that, he wanted it sent western union well i knew better then that so i called pay pal and finally got ahold of them and they said there was never any funds or anything, so then i emailed him back saying i wanted him to send the camera back well he sent back some sob story saying he wanted to send it back but didn't have the money and wanted me to western union him money to send the camera back well i didn't send that eaither. So now i don't know what to do i am out 900.00 and the camera.
