Shell Mastercard neglect to send me a statement for the month of September for my gas charges. Thus in Oct I did receive a statement with my August and September charges combined with a service charge and interest. I paid what they stated that I owed them, but will no longer use Shell gas or Mastercard.
Just want you all aware of what these credit card companies will try to do to get more money out of you. Watch for you statement when it is due, call if you don't received it when due. It may not be a lot of money to some of you, but with the economy the way it is, every penny counts.
