I gave these people 700.00 and they told me that they could reduse my interest rates and not affect my credit cards and the sales contact told me that he guarenteed that they could help me. They wanted to cancel my cards and just pay them off. I tried to get back with the address i had and they moved out of california to arizona. What do i do now?
