Ordered a bag and received it today. It is the incorrect bag, came damaged and when visa says i must return it or else I have no way of getting back my money (chargeback). Even if i am willing to pay the 123.00 to send it back with a tracking number, the address on the airwaybill it came with has no return address. I am unable to send it back to an address. Obviously this a scam! Visa is not helpful as item must be returned or I have no case.
