We fell for the hard-sell. Since then we were unable to use our "Free" 3-day vacation because it couldn't be scheduled at a time when we were able to use it; every time we have traveled since 12/10 they (RPI) have been unable to match other online travel sites (Expedia, Travelocity, etc)
