Was taken in by ad saying send for samples of Renew Cleanse & African Mango at a cost of approx $4.95 & $5.95 for 30day trial. Email confirming this stated you can cancel within 14days at no extra cost however as with others who have lodged complaints, the product after almost 3weeks has not arrived & i have been debited for around $135. Ihave emailed and called twice the staff are insistant they are right to charge as i did not contact them within 14days. How could i when i had no product?
After a long wrangle on the phone (hope it is freephone) i got the product for $24.99 each apparently this is how much it would cost me to return it... Is it in a steel container... So for almost $50 rather than $10 i still have no order but should feel "pleased" they have refunded me approx$117???
This is indeed a scam be warned.
