I took a bag of used jewelry into Roth Jewerly to be evaluated and to sell. They took the bag from me and took it into a back room to evaluate the jewerly. When they returned the bag to me, not all of my jewerly was in the bag. I did not realize it at the time and I trusted them because I was a previous customer. However, they refused to buy any of it. When I took it home and checked; they had kept my gold wedding ring, husband's fraternity pin, ear rings, a string of pearl fastner with a dimond set in it and other miscellanious pieces. I confronted the store owner twice that day about the problem. They refused to correct the problem. Later, that day I went to the Overland Park police and made a report of the stolen jewerly. The police advised me to tell my family and friends about my disappointing experience that happened in Roth Jewerly.
