Ordered on phone EZSMOKER Kit on 9-1-11. Received kit on 9-13-11, charged $87.85 on Debit Card. On 10-1-11 charged $69.96 for filters... On 10-6-11 charged another $69.95 for another kit. Received ONE kit but had already cancelled my account and returned the original kit. Returned the filter kit. Called, E-mailed, mailed letters to ask for a refund. Only received a $69.95 refund after many calls. They tell you they "CARE" and to e-mail their support group... The support group says call the service desk... They say will call in 24 hours. Have called four (4) times and never received a call back.
