I received my item to find out that some of the DVDs were in another language, there was no way for me to change the language or the text back to English. I have sent multiple emails and called the 1800 number that was provided on the website, I have never received a call or an email in return. I would love to get a full refund or have the Complete box set of E.R. Replaced if that is possible.
